Waxing or bleaching facial hair?

I want to wax/bleach the hair on my upper lip. I have dark hair but its fairly thin, my skin colour is medium but I have light freckles in that area. If I got it bleached would it be really noticeable because of the freckles? If it's bleached, how long will it take to grow back? When it grows back will it be really noticeable? You can go to sally's beauty supply and find wax especially for your face and it usually keeps it away for 10-14 days. When it grows back it shouldn't be that noticeable, though once it's started growing a day or two it'll be kinda short and unattractive. If you keep up on it you should have no problem. Wax on a day where you don't have to go anywhere the next day because it turns your lip red after pulling all the hairs out :( It hurts too lol. I've just learned to live with the little hairs there, If you bleached though I think the freckles would make it a little more noticeable.Waxing or bleaching facial hair?
well, when I pluck my eye brows (which is the same consept of waxing, just pulling out the hairs) they can grown back in 5-never days. But I'm not sure how it would work on lips. But honeslty I would do both, bleach it, then wax it to get all the hairs, wont hurt anything.
