Is it safe to wax ur facial hair?does the hair grow back more faster n thicker?

Well..waxing can be brilliant..but I would say only as a short term solution to hair loss!!

The thing is, the skin on the face is very delicate and can easily be strecthed/pulled/burnt/sag.

Firstly, waxing can cause you to come out in minor pimples on the face..as with alot of hair removals.

But the main problem with waxing, is that with time, it will eventually pull the skin, causing it to droop and sag. Two main areas to be affected by this are the sides of the face (the crease between the nose and the cheeks will become more and more visible, eventually turning into a permanent wrinkle. the second area is the upper lip..and again this can droop.

The skin with time will loose its suppleness and firmness.

I would STRONGLY recommend you against this treatment for the face. I was waxing my face from the age of 15..and started i noticed that my skin was not as taut as it used to be, and usually after waxing the lines by my sides and my nose were more evident.

I waxed my face for 5 years..then switched to THREADING. NOT only did i find my hair was coming back finer and after longer periods-my skin altogether felt and looked better..and i havent looked back since. however it can be abit painfull..but i promise only at first!

There are alot of places i know of now that will NOT provide waxing of the face..and use threading as an alternative.

But if you cant get threading done (usually alot of indian and arabic places do provide this service)..maybe look into eplilation or laser..but seriously..try to avoid waxing of the face and neck...you will thank me in your grand old years!!!

Goodluck..and trust me..i am an expert on hair removal for the face..i was pretty much born with a beard!haha...Is it safe to wax ur facial hair?does the hair grow back more faster n thicker?
yes its ok it ggrows back ofcourse in 30 days and no not thicker u just have to keep up with itIs it safe to wax ur facial hair?does the hair grow back more faster n thicker?
Yes, the hair will grow back faster and darker.
Yes, it's safe, but it does grow back!!!
Yes it's a great way to get rid of unwanted facial hair! It doesn't grow back faster or thicker. Waxing allows the hair to be less noticable when it grows back, so you can wax it again in time before anyone else sees it!!!
no not really but at least it doen`t grow back faster and thicker
NO DON'T WAX!!! It hurts and it makes it grow back longer darker and faster, use nair or some other type of removal product. thats only for lip if its eyebrow then its fine...lol
It is not safe at all. I have seen severe burns and a lot of discomfort in the people who regularly have it done. That said, try other means. There is a scissor like appliance that is sold in the drugstores and gets rid of your facial hair safely. It is called something Touch. Sorry, I do not recall the name for it, but it is very effective and does not cause any problems.
Absolutely safe to have facial hair waxed. If you keep it up, there is a good chance that the it will be more sparse when it grows back in.

There is no hair removal system that makes hair grow back darker or thicker, it is a common misconception. However, if you shave hair, it causes a blunt end so when it grows out it's prickly and a bit more noticeable than before. Waxing does not cause blunt ends.

I do not recommend doing it yourself, though. Go to a high-quality salon to have it done. They will make sure that everything gets removed properly and that the wax is not too hot to burn your skin.
If this is your first time, I would go to a professional to get it done(most hair stylist can do it for $5-10,depending on where %26amp; how much hair is being removed). That is the safest way to go. Howver, if you are doing it on your own, I would say at your own risk. You should also make sure to do it a couple of days to a week in advance if waxing for an important event(wedding, etc.) and you should go for something without a frangrance, just to be sure that it won't interfere with any sensitive skin.IN regards to it growing back, it grows back slower and thinner because you're removing the hair from the pore, unlike shaving which the root of the hair is still there. Good luck(and few burns)!
safe
Well if you do wax facial hair then yes it will grow back eventually but it will come back how it started. you will not get a gross bushy spot of hair if you wax your face. just give it a try and if it doesn't work then try a different method.
My sister works in a salon. She even waxes ther 13 year olds eyebrows. It can stink a bit if you aren't used to it, but if you go to someone who knows what they are doing you should be fine. It doesn't grow back faster or thicker, my sister says it actually will start growing thinner, but that's just what she says.
