Consider Nad's hair removal gel - it's actually a water-soluble sugaring solution. Check the label - it should come in a jar or tube.

Nad's also sells strips but those are coated w/ a wax that isn't water soluble.鈾?Best type OTC facial wax...expensive or cheap....? 鈾?
I go to a beauty supply store and get GIGI wax. It is professional so it works wonderful! And if you get the hard wax it is less mess and no strips.
For leg wax I use Veet (formerly Immac) cold wax strips in preference to another couple of brands I've tried......they're good, but they come with wipes to get rid of residual wax so I'm not sure if water gets it off.......but oil works for this; any type of skin oil, olive oil, vegetable oil etc......
