HELP! SallyHansen Facial Wax BURNT MY FACE! ?

I usually go to get my eyebrows and upperlip waxed at a salon about once a month. but 3 nights ago i found my sally hansen wax kit and decided to give it a try, starting with my upper lip

anyway, i followed the directions but afterwards it was hurting really bad and all red and puffy looking, plus the wax wasn't even coming off. i had school the next morning and figured my face would be normal but i woke up and had a huge reddish blister thing!

basically, ive found out i got some sort of ';chemical burn'; and have so far skipped 3 days of school because im so embarrassed! it turned a darker color making it way noticable and it started kinda peeling so (being soo stupid) peeled most of it off

now the healing process has to start all over and it hurts so bad, i serioiusly am about to cry every time i look in the mirror and have no clue what to do :( ive tried ice, aloe vera, etc but im scared it will scar

also, ive found other similiar complaints about this product and am wondering if i should check into some sort of law suit? this is horrible :(HELP! SallyHansen Facial Wax BURNT MY FACE! ?
it sounds to me like you skinned yourself when waxing. meaning you pulled the strip off at the wrong angle taking off your skin. if it was too hot you would of notice the burning as soon as you put it on your skin. not afterwards.there are also other ereasons why your skin would of came of too there are certain medication that you cannot wax on as it will result in this adn many other factors. the other people are all prob in the same sit as you as non of them are professionally trained to know what they are doing and the consequences. a lawsuit prob wont go.what you want to do is keep putting nesposin/polysporin on it to help heal it it will last for a few weeks depending on how much skin was ripped off. it could be dark for a while to at least a month.HELP! I have used every kind of wax for sensitive skin but all burnEd my supersentive skin. If your skin is super sensitive skin, I suggest threading. Faster than tweezing. For my burns, I've used ice compress and lots of Neosprin and a%26amp;d ointment.

well if its the stuff you stick in the microwave its kinda your fault for not checking the temp before putting it on your skin. sorry.

but put some neosporin or that scar stuff that is sold by Head On that supposed to get rid of scars.
i would do the same cause that sounds very terrible. i hope your face heals soon.
i think you should go to the doctor
