waxing is the best treatment. It is kind of painful but it will last the longes rather then shaving. Hair doesnt come back thicker after shaving or waxing. its just the end of the hair is cut off, making it flat and when it grows out it looks thicker but it really isnt.
No it will not grow back thicker but it will grow back and over time if you continue to wax the amount of hair will reduce because when you wax you are removing the hair from the roots and not just the surface like shaving

i recommed waxing for getting rid of stubborn facial hairs because it doesnt grow back thicker. it keeps off hair for bout....idk maybe 2 months?
