Facial Waxing Help?

HHey guys, i have this stuff called nair hair removal...Its a cream that you put on and it removes the hair, well i want to know from someone who uses it, how long does it take the hair to grow back? And how does the hair look when it grows back?





I want to make sure it doesnt give me a rash, so where would i try some on to make sure it doesnt make a rash on my face?

DO NOT use Nair on your face! Whether it says you can or not, which I believe it says not to. You're face is too sensitive of an area to use depilitory creams. You're best bet to remove it is to shave it, or wax it. Usually most salons don't charge much for lip waxing, especially if you get your eyebrows done at the same time.





The instructions for Nair tell you to do a test on a patch of sensitive skin 24 hrs prior to use, ie: inner elbow, or under your knee. Still, do not use it on your face. How long it is removed depends on how fast your hair grows, and how thick it is. For me, Nair doesn't work. It's more of a hassel waiting to see if it works than it would be to shave.Facial Waxing Help?
it does give some sensitive skinned people rashes or red blotchiness, i suggest you pluck because plucking reduces the hair returnal and keeps it smooth longer, when it grows back with the nair it's alittle stubbly and gross. some people said that the cream burned holes into their skin because it was so harsh, either pluck or go get it waxed.
it takes awhile for the hair to grow back, and the only way it will irratate ur skin is if u leave it on to long
Are you a male? I have peach fuzz on my upper lip (I'm a female), and I shave it off. Do you have sensitive skin? If so, I wouldn't use anything over the counter. Go see a dermatologist, is my best advice, if you don't want to shave.

Nair is not met for your face it will burn your face wereever on your face you put it it will burn for about 4 hours and the it will have a rash for 4 days and then it scabs over and its just gross!!





And yes they make a nair for face, stay away from it!


EVERYONE whos tried it on here says it did the same thing, ive tried the stuff and it burned burned burned!!!!!

i usedf it before. its for your legs, its like shaving, and it grows back darker, and coarser. it lasts for 5 days, i think
well, I've never used nair on my face, but I've used it on my legs. Back in the late 70's, early 80's. It smells like dead fish burning. Do NOT put that under your nose!! It is WAY nasty...





Go get some linen strips and wax. It hurts a bit, but, it's much better than that burning smell under your nose for days!!
I wouldnt use it. When I did one time I took it off and said ';dear god what did I do to deserve this pain!'; And I still had hair. I think that stuff is kinda a waste of time
try waxing with wax. Don't use nair ...will let me tell you something. i used this product once on my legs (legs are more resistant than face) i left it on for about 3 not more than 5 minutes then i went in to the shower...when i was there ...well i was expecting to have soft hairless legs instead i had still some hair that did not come off and some parts of my legs were bleeding. this product is very strong and painful when it comes off.
I'm sorry. I only know how to shave. I'm not experience with WOMEN GROWING FACIAL HAIR!
