What is the big deal about facial waxing? Are there any potential problems with facial waxing?Benefits of Facial Waxing?
There are no problems with facial waxing provided a proper intake consultation is done. It sounds as if, in your case, you're doing your own so be aware of the contraindications of waxing before you go further than your brows, etc.
If you are using Vitamin A based products or are on Accutane, Retin A, Differin, or Renova, you should avoid waxing which can leave you hyper-sensitive to the sun or, even worse, can cause breaks in the skin resulting in scarring.
You should never wax over a mole, wart, broken skin, a rash, scar tissue or pimples.
I have several clients that have their entire faces waxed and, indeed, you will find it on many spa menus. It's more a matter of knowing your skin and knowing the waxing products you're using - couple that with what NOT to do and you should be okay.

Once you start, you'll LOVE how flawless your foundation goes on and how soft your hair does grow back because it is not ';cut'; at the skin surface but rather because the hair is a new re-growht it's finer at the tip than the base.

I've had my eyebrows waxed, and I was very happy with it. As far as I know, there are no problems or risks. It lasts for about 3 weeks to a month (for eyebrows). I really liked it and would do it again. :)
i wax my eyebrows but i would never go again , because the lady ruined them. i would never wax my upperlip or stache it creates stubble like men instead i would recommend going to an electrolosis.
